Positive change in how we think about food and our health can bring more success than any diet ever could. People all over the world have tried diet after diet without long lasting success. By taking small baby steps such as adding some fresh vegetables each day and having a fresh green salad 3 or 4 times a week is going to make you feel good about yourself and give you a real energy boost. As with any good goal, consistency is the most important ingredient when making important changes whether it be with food or any other part of life. . I have always said to friends and family that even if you stick with eating healthy foods 75% of the time… You will end up a winner!
So, even if you stick to the 75% rule, there is no way that you will fail in your efforts to change how you eat and how you feel. Positive change brings positive results. It may take you a while to get to where you want to be as far as weight and fitness is concerned, but, like I said, consistency in your efforts to make positive changes will bring the long lasting results you are looking for and you will not be disappointed.
